Welcome to Well-Verse Language Academy. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, courses, and services. By enrolling in our courses or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Please read these Terms carefully before enrolling. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.

Eligibility Requirements:

• Minimum age for enrollment is 10 years
• Students under 18 years require parental/guardian consent
• Valid ID proof is mandatory for all enrollments
• Accurate personal information must be provided during registration

Enrollment Process:

• Browse and select your desired course
• Complete the registration form with accurate details
• Attend a free demo class (if applicable)
• Make payment to confirm enrollment
• Receive confirmation and course access details

Mode of Delivery:

• Courses are offered in both online and offline modes
• Students can switch between online and offline modes during the course
• Online classes are conducted via Google Meet
• Offline classes are held at our Pune center

Class Schedule:

• Class schedules are shared upon enrollment confirmation
• Timings are flexible based on batch availability
• Any schedule changes will be communicated in advance

Course Access:

• Access to course materials is granted upon payment confirmation
• Course access remains active for 20 days after course completion
• Recorded sessions are available for enrolled students

Attendance Requirements:

• Minimum 80% attendance is required for course completion
• Attendance is tracked for both online and offline sessions
• Students must join online classes on time using the provided links

Missed Classes:

• Topics from missed classes are covered during revision sessions
• Recorded sessions are available for review (45-minute recordings)
• Students are responsible for catching up on missed content

Payment Options:

• Full payment upfront
• Installment payment (2 installments)

Installment Schedule:

• 1st Installment: Due before the first class
• 2nd Installment: Due within 20 days of course start

Payment Methods (via Razorpay):

• UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
• Debit/Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Rupay)
• Net Banking
• Wallets

Upon successful completion of a course, students are eligible to receive a Course Completion Certificate.

Certificate Eligibility:

• Minimum 80% attendance throughout the course
• Completion of all course requirements
• Full payment of course fees

Certificate Details:

• Certificates are issued within 7 days of course completion
• Digital certificates are provided via email
• Physical certificates available upon request (additional charges may apply)

Ownership:

All course materials, including but not limited to videos, documents, presentations, recordings, and any other content provided during the course, are the intellectual property of Well-Verse Language Academy.

Permitted Use:

• Students may download course materials for personal use only
• Materials may be used for self-study and revision purposes

Prohibited Actions:

• Sharing course materials with non-enrolled individuals
• Sharing Google Meet or class access links with others
• Reproducing, distributing, or selling course content
• Recording classes without prior permission
• Using materials for commercial purposes

Students are expected to maintain professional and respectful behavior:

• Treat instructors and fellow students with respect
• Participate actively in class discussions
• Complete assignments and homework on time
• Maintain discipline during online and offline sessions
• Keep camera on during online classes (when required)
• Use appropriate language and behavior

Prohibited Behavior:

• Harassment, bullying, or discrimination of any kind
• Use of offensive language or inappropriate content
• Disrupting class sessions
• Impersonation or fraudulent enrollment

No Guarantee of Results:

While we strive to provide quality education, we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as:

• Passing external examinations (IELTS, German A1/A2/B1, etc.)
• Achieving a specific score or certification level
• Job placement or career advancement

Success depends on individual effort, practice, and various external factors.

Technical Limitations:

• We are not liable for technical issues at the student's end
• Internet connectivity issues are the student's responsibility
• Classes missed due to student's technical problems are not refundable

Force Majeure:

We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, or government actions.

Key Points:

• Partial refund available if cancelled before course starts
• No refund after course begins
• Demo class fees are non-refundable

In case of any disputes or grievances:

• We will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours
• Resolution will be provided within 7 working days
• If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
